At Natalia Morales Jewelry, every order is part of your story with us. We carefully prepared and handled with intention. 

 

Shipping Details
-Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
-Worldwide Shipping take 3-5 business days to be processed. 
-Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.
-We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or wrong delivery information.

 

Please Note: If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, before contacting us, you should verify:

  • Checking the tracking number on your email.
  • Make sure we have the correct delivery address & details for your order.
  • Checking at USPS Post Office and look on safe areas, the driver may have left near you.
  • If your order was submitted successfully and is lost; accessories are not replaced and you will need to claim directly with USPS.

 

Return Policy
-Orders will not be canceled and we do not refund money for purchases in www.nataliamoralesjewelry.com, included all collections, special orders, deals and sales accessories.
-Earrings are not returned.
-If you need to return another accesory you only have 5 days from the date you receive the order.
-Please Make sure your items for returned are new and unused with the same package.



Repair Policy

-The customer is responsible for all shipping & repair costs and we need the evidence of tracking number and copy of receipt send by email.
